Built a customer-support assistant (RAG + agent) grounded in product documentation, with tool calls into internal APIs and escalation to a human when confidence is low, backed by a 44-case bilingual evaluation suite (English and Arabic) with fabrication checks. Also delivered the product suite full-stack: self-serve licensing platform (React, Stripe), marketing site, B2B mobile app for field sales (Flutter, offline-first) and a display app, deployed with Docker and Caddy. FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Claude API.
